1. The Service
Ear Training Pro (“the Service”) is a web app for training musical ear and absolute pitch. By using the Service you accept these Terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under them. You must provide a valid email address and not share access with third parties.
3. Pro purchases
Pro features are available through a one-time purchase (lifetime access or a timed pass, as shown on the Plans page). Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro access is activated after the payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
As this is digital content available immediately, refunds are not due once access is activated, except where required by applicable law or in case of an unfixable malfunction. For requests, write to orlando.selenu@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service: no unauthorized access, no reverse engineering aimed at bypassing payment, no overloading the infrastructure, and no unauthorized resale of access.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. While we work to keep it available and correct, we do not guarantee it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. We may update them; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
